Zhi-Vago is the dream project of 2 producers : Claudio Mangione and Gottfried Engels. Joan Wilson sang the first single. Eliz Yavuz (aka Alice Montana, lipsyncing the vocals on video clip of "Get-a-way" of the german dance project Maxx), did on the two following. The third single "With or without you", a dance cover of U2's song, was forbidden by U2's management. Indeed, there should not be a dance version of this song. Simone sang "Teardrops from heaven" and Cindy Gabriel the fifth "On my mind". They came back in 2002 with a remix of their first success.
